MTB Outlaws has a broad range of community partners and recognised retailers. We negotiate the best prices for our members and exclusive deals for out Discount Card Holders. Deals may differ from day-to-day, but ultimately we do our best to achieve exclusive deals with the best retailers in the region. Plus a few further afield.
Discounts take different forms but our partners typically offer a minimum of 10% discount. We include a free ride-side health check for discount card holders in addition to reduced rates on full servicing, parts and equipment. We communicate periodically with our partners and will occasionally share special limited edition promotions too.
And of course – you get discounts on MTB Outlaws merchandise!
MTB Outlaws Discount Card Terms and Conditions
- MTB Outlaws Discount Card entitles the named cardholder to agreed discounts and special offers with MTB Outlaws and our Partner retailers.
- An MTB Outlaws Discount Card may be used by the named cardholder only. The named cardholder is the person named on the reverse of the card.
- Photo identification may be required at point of purchase.
- Any offer or deal provided by our community partners or retailer is subject to restrictions and change at the discretion of the retailer.
- Membership cards are valid for one calendar year from the the date of issue.
- If a plastic card is not immediately available, a temporary digital card will be issued. Temporary Discount cards are valid for one month.
- The named cardholder is entitled to one ride-side health check. Health checks occur at pre-arranged times and dates. And include the following: a visual inspection of the brake pads and chain, visual tyre inspection, tyre and valve seating, and a wear and tear summary.
- Discount Card packs can be collected for free at a ride or posted for a small additional fee. MTB Outlaws uses Royal Mail Second Class standard delivery. MTB Outlaws takes no responsibility for issues encountered with the postal service.
